đŸ“Ļ Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not currently available.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase confirmation
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $99
  • Standard shipping (under $99): flat rate calculated at checkout
  • Delivery estimates are 5–10 business days after processing for most US locations
  • You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Heads up: We work with quality dropshipping partners to get gear to you quickly. Your order may ship from multiple locations if you've ordered from different product categories. That's normal — you won't be charged extra.

â†Šī¸ Returns

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. No hoops, no lengthy explanations required.

  • Items must be unworn and unused with original tags attached
  • Helmets must be in original packaging, unscratched, with liner intact
  • Electronic items (Bluetooth communicators, GPS mounts, tire monitors) must be in original packaging, unused
  • Gear with damage from use, crashes, or modification is not eligible for return
  • Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return

To start a return, email us at motostash@polsia.app with your order number and reason. We'll send you a prepaid return label and handle the rest.

đŸ’ŗ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Full refund for items returned in original condition
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items with signs of use or missing packaging
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
  • We'll email you confirmation when your refund is processed

âš ī¸ Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right — no questions, no cost to you.

Email motostash@polsia.app with your order number and a photo. We'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, within 24 hours of confirmation.
